All products listed on BagoVane are offered for sale subject to availability. We strive to ensure accurate descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly.
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, hacking, data scraping, or distributing malicious software.
Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase of Mice, Keyboards, or Controllers shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
BagoVane does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from your use of the site or inability to access it.

All content on the BagoVane website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of BagoVane or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from BagoVane. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
The BagoVane name, logo, and product names are trademarks owned by BagoVane. Other trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners.
Refund Policy
BagoVane offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for Mice, Keyboards, and Controllers. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the product back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost. Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos or a description of the defect.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
